Senior ServiceNow Business Process Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Business Process Consultant (BPC) with strong expertise in ServiceNow and a solid understanding of business process management in an agile delivery environment. As a BPC, you bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, helping clients optimize and advise on ServiceNow platform usage, improve processes, and deliver value through innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into clear ServiceNow solutions.
• Support clients in process analysis, optimization, and documentation in alignment with ServiceNow best practices.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions with business users.
• Assist in building user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows within Agile / SAFe delivery.
• Provide functional expertise across ServiceNow modules depending on project needs.
• Participate in testing, UAT support, and training sessions to ensure adoption and user enablement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Consultant, or Functional Consultant in ServiceNow projects.
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes; exposure to other modules like HR or SPM is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments.
• Ability to create process documentation, workflows, and requirement specifications.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for client-facing workshops.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
