Technology - Infrastructure, Full-Time Analyst

Citi's Technology Full-Time Analyst Program is a two-year rotational developmental program starting in September. The program combines intensive orientation with hands-on development work in an agile software environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop quality and scalable software solutions using leading-edge technologies
• Write code consistent with quality standards
• Support testing cycles and post-production deployment
• Test and debug code using appropriate tools
• Participate in peer code reviews
• Work on projects in one or more developer tracks: Microservices, iOS, Android, or Web development
• Engage with engineering excellence practices and modern software architecture patterns
• Gain exposure to CI/CD tools, containerization, and event streaming systems

Technology exposure — developer tracks include:

• Microservices: Java, Spring Framework, Pivotal Cloud Foundry
• iOS: Swift, Xcode, MVC Architecture
• Android: Java, Android Studio, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX
• Web: Angular, Eclipse, Java, JSP, TypeScript, HTML, JavaScript, CSS

Additional exposure: engineering excellence and minimum development standards; Microservices, APIs, Spring Core/MVC/Boot/Cloud, REST; CI/CD tools (JIRA, Zephyr, BitBucket, TeamCity, uDeploy, Artifactory, OpenShift); Kafka for event streaming/messaging; Docker/Kubernetes containerization.

Required qualifications:

• Currently in final year of university (graduation in 2026)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related tech field
• Legally authorized to work in Hungary
• Interest in high-tech global technology environments
• Basic understanding of programming languages (C++, Java, etc.), application development, and relational databases
• Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals (preferred for that track)
• Problem-solving mindset with drive for innovation
• Global outlook and willingness to collaborate across cultures
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to pass technical interviews with basic algorithmic programming exercises
• Collaborative and adaptable approach to teamwork
