Business Unit Site IT Manager (DMS, Oroszlány)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all IT activities at the Oroszlány site, ensuring reliable and secure IT services for the business.
• Act as the main IT partner for local leadership and support business objectives through technology solutions.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and promote the adoption of new technologies, including AI-based solutions.
• Ensure the effective operation of manufacturing, engineering, and business systems.
• Lead cybersecurity, business continuity, and disaster recovery activities at site level.
• Manage local IT projects, budgets, vendors, and external service providers.
• Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to implement corporate standards, systems, and best practices.
• Monitor IT service performance, resolve critical issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the local IT team.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT leadership within a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent English.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing technologies, digital solutions, and cybersecurity.
• Experience managing IT projects, vendors, and external partners.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
