Collection & Retention Lead – INSURANCE

Your responsibilities will include

• Manage and continuously monitor the company’s outstanding premiums
• Identify the end-to-end process of the area and focus on faulty processes and make recommendations for necessary changes
• Improve the efficiency of the premium collection process, monitor and analyse overdue receivables portfolios and collection KPIs
• Identify the causes of outstanding receivables (technical errors, such as data entry issues; and genuine cases of customer non-payment)
• Prepare and present regular management reports on results

To succeed in this role, you will have

• You have 5+ years of relevant professional experience prefarabply at an insurance company (or other financial institution) in receivables management, collections/accounting/insurance operations
• You have a strong understanding of operational processes and can easily grasp complex financial processes
• You have strong analytical skills, are structured, and solution-oriented
• You have data-driven mindset
• You are proactive and comfortable in taking ownership of complex topics
• You have a confident command of English (business-level)

Nice to have

• If you have experience with reporting tools, ERP systems, or automation
