General specialist (with recruitment focus) - Auto Parts Division

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment activities coordination of the Auto Parts divison. Leading the selection process, which includes: screening cv’s, organizing and participating in interviews, supporting the department chiefs in selecting the most suitable candidates, assisting with the offer process and administration
• Support plant culture initiatives, plan and implement employee care and engagement activities, handle visitor reception, and manage other general administrative affairs.
• Complete other tasks assigned by management in a timely manner

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support employee relations and help resolve workplace issues.
• High attention to detail, with a patient, well-organized approach to administrative and departmental responsibilities.
• Proficient in English and Hungarian, Chinese is an advantage.
