IT Process Specialist – Audit Support

Key Tasks

• Support and coordinate IT audits, compliance activities, and risk management for HR systems
• Drive improvements of audit-compliant processes, standards, and documentation
• Contribute to IT product roadmaps and process optimization initiatives
• Manage and enhance SAP HCM-related processes, including HR core, payroll, and time management
• Collaborate with business and HR stakeholders to improve system performance and user experience
• Lead or support smaller IT projects as Product Owner or Project Manager
• Work with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality delivery

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Experience in IT, preferably within a large international organization
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM and HR-related processes
• Understanding of IT audits, internal controls, compliance, and SAP authorization concepts
• Experience managing projects and driving process improvements
• Fluent English and German is required due to close collaboration with German-speaking teams
