A Snapshot of Your Day Join our dynamic Operations Budapest Plant Services team and play a vital role in enhancing employee engagement and fostering a vibrant site culture within our Blades & Vanes manufacturing environment. Imagine coordinating exciting local community events and supporting plant-wide culture programs that promote collaboration and satisfaction among your colleagues. You will actively engage with employees, gather feedback, and implement initiatives that make a real difference in the workplace. Your proactive approach will help create a positive atmosphere where everyone feels valued and connected.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Cooperate and support Culture & Community team
• Coordinate and execute local employee engagement events, team-building activities, and cultural programs within the Budapest plant.
• Support the implementation of Siemens Energy culture initiatives at the local site level.
• Manage idea management administration
• Collect engagement measurement data and prepare reports.
• Draft, edit, and distribute internal announcements, newsletters, and digital board content to keep plant employees informed and engaged.
• Provide operational and administrative support for plant-wide meetings, workshops, and recognition programs.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in internal communications, event coordination, administrative support or community management.
• Fluency in Hungarian and intermediate English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to fostering a positive workplace environment.
• Familiarity with digital collaboration tools (e.g., MS SharePoint, Teams) and experience in content creation and copywriting.
