Multi-Property Sales Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Multi-Property Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving demand generation and supporting sales initiatives for three Marriott properties in Budapest: Dorothea Hotel, Budapest, Autograph Collection; Budapest Marriott Hotel; and Millennium Court, Budapest Marriott Executive Apartments. In this role, you will work closely with business partners and internal teams across all three properties. You will be based at the Budapest Marriott Hotel, serving as a key member of the multi-property sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively maintain relationships with existing partners in person, by phone, and via email.
• Build relationships, generate new business opportunities, and identify new accounts based on the designated segment strategy.
• Organize and conduct client meetings and hotel site inspections.
• Represent the hotels at networking events to develop new client relationships and generate business opportunities.
• Negotiate and conclude corporate agreements
• Manage inquiries and collaborate closely with other departments.
• Maintain and expand client profiles and keep databases up to date.

Requirements

• Open-minded, dynamic, and results-oriented personality.
• Excellent communication skills in both Hungarian and English.
• University or college degree.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, previous experience in hotel sales is an advantage.
