Production Coordinator

As a Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for the planning, scheduling and monitoring the production workflow, and the on-time delivery of your department.

Your tasks will be

• Being in charge of filtering feedback from multiple sources while keeping your team engaged and focused.
• Staying abreast of issues on the floor, anticipating potential issues, and elevating information appropriately to the Department/Production Leads.
• Ensuring that the pipeline procedures are followed, and workflow is as seamless as possible from one department to the next.
• You will be involved in the communication with clients, outsource companies and outsource artists for ground-level deliveries.

• You are an efficient, effective, highly organized person with experience working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• You can adapt to new conditions in your workplace, you can take direction, prioritize, multitask and use your own initiative
• You have great interpersonal, team-working skills, a positive, solution-focused mentality with a proactive and can-do attitude
• You are passionate about 3D animation
• You are confident working with Excel and the Google Workspace applications, and usually, find your way around new computer software in no time
• You are proficient in English, both written and spoken
• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred; equivalent experience is considered
