Senior Infastructure Architect - End user computing and enterprise infrasructure (laptop, mobile) O365

The essence of the position:

The Domain Architect plays a pivotal role in defining and steering the END-User and ENTERPRISE domain-specific IT architecture, ensuring adherence to standards, and facilitating future-focused strategic initiatives.

• Define and manage domain-specific architecture standards, principles, and policies aligned with enterprise standards (Windows, macOS, mobile)
• Lead END-User Computing & Enterprise transition and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment to business and IT strategy
• Collaborate with IT leadership and stakeholders to enable strategic decision-making
• Responsible for Procurement processes, tenders as Evaluation member of his/her field. Actively maintaining relevant contracts keep focus on cost and delivery.
• Make critical domain architecture decisions, influencing projects and initiatives within the domain.
• Ensure quality assurance of project architecture artifacts at SG4&5 within the domain(s).
• Design modern device management solutions (Intune, SCCM, Autopilot)
• Drive endpoint security, compliance, and patch management standards across the Group
• Establish governance, standards, and best practices for END-User Computing & Enterprise service delivery
• Oversee application packaging, deployment, and lifecycle management across platforms
• Ensure high availability and performance of business-critical EUC services
• Lead innovation through automation, digital experience monitoring, and analytics-driven improvements
• Support audit readiness, risk mitigation, and adherence to regulatory and security requirements”

Main requirements:

• University or College degree
• Minimum of 7-10+ years of professional experience, with at least 3+ years in a domain-focused architectural role, mainly with end user computing and enterprise infrasructure - Windows, macOS, mobile, O365, Intune, SCCM, Autopilot)
• Exposure to working in international or multinational environments, ideally within the specific domain(s).
• Solid understanding of process, application, data, and infrastructure architectures, particularly in the specified domain(s).
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards, frameworks, methodologies and best practices such as TOGAF, C4, DAMA, ITIL, APQC, UML, and others.Driving license
• Experience in developing and implementing domain-specific architecture frameworks and strategies.
• Ability to align domain-specific technology solutions with business goals.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of domain-specific IT architecture, applications, systems design, and integration.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking to address domain-specific challenges.
• Autonomy in managing tasks, handling ambiguity, and prioritizing domain-specific responsibilities.
• Proven experience in facilitating consensus among cross-functional teams within a domain context.
• Strategic thinking to align domain-specific IT architecture with business objectives.
• Understanding of project quality assurance processes within the domain(s).
• Proficiency in stakeholder management and change management within the domain context.
• Sound risk issue and impact management capabilities specific to the domain(s).
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
