You will support your colleagues in creating innovative AI-powered solutions, including agents, workflow automations, and analytics tools, all while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge management.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Drive AI innovation by continuously monitoring developments in AI, Generative AI, and digital productivity tools.
• Identify and propose new AI use cases, conducting lightweight proof-of-concepts to assess business value and feasibility.
• Collaborate with team members to design and deploy AI-enabled solutions, ensuring practical usability through testing and documentation.
• Share best practices and emerging trends by creating guides, playbooks, and training materials for the broader team.
• Contribute to strategic projects by applying AI tools to market research, competitor intelligence, and knowledge management.

What You Bring

• You are enrolled in a Master’s or advanced Bachelor’s program in Business Administration, Strategy, Data Science, or a comparable field.
• You possess a strong interest in corporate strategy, business transformation, and management consulting, with the ability to structure complex business problems.
• You have a keen interest in Generative AI and emerging technologies, familiar with tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, and Power Automate.
• You are highly proactive, self-driven, and possess strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Previous experience in consulting, digital transformation, or AI-related projects is preferred, along with familiarity with analytics tools like Power BI or Python.
• Availability to work for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Proficient in English.
