Application Engineer MES (Manufacturing Execution System)

A projekt fázisában

• Az új MES (Nexeed IAS) modulok bevezetése és konfigurálása a belső informatikai részlegekkel együttműködve a meglévő rendszerekkel és folyamatokkal való zökkenőmentes átállás biztosítása érdekében
• Az informatikai rendszer adaptálása a migráció során a cél üzleti konfigurációhoz, biztosítva a folyamatban lévő műveletek minimális megszakítását
• A funkcionalitással kapcsolatos hiányosságok azonosítása és kommunikálása, valamint ezek összehangolása az üzleti folyamatok szakértőivel és a programmenedzsmenttel, hozzájárulás a fejlesztési követelményekhez
• Szoros együttműködés a központi szolgáltatókkal, az üzemi szakértőkkel és a bevezetési csapattal a Nexeed IAS MES-rendszer sikeres bevezetésének és elfogadásának biztosítása érdekében a Vehicle Motion gyártóüzemekben
• Rendszertesztek végrehajtása

A projektfázis után

• Támogatást nyújt az adott folyamatokhoz kapcsolódó MES-alkalmazások üzemeltetésében és továbbfejlesztésében

• Informatikai, villamosmérnöki, ipari mérnöki vagy hasonló szakirányú végzettség
• Alkalmazási mérnöki vagy hasonló munkakörben szerzett tapasztalat, lehetőleg az ipari automatizálás területén vagy gyártási ágazatban
• Az informatikai rendszerek (SAP, MES, Windows, Linux, adatbázisok) műszaki megértése
• A lean termelés és az intra-logisztika alapjai
• Tapasztalat a Nexeed Classic vagy más MES-rendszerekkel kapcsolatban
• Erős problémamegoldó, elemző és kommunikációs képességek
• Képes hatékonyan együttműködni a többfunkciós csapatokkal és az ügyfelekkel
• A napi munkavégzéshez angol nyelvtudás szükséges írásban és szóban egyaránt
• Független, önálló és proaktív munkastílus
