Data Services Consultant

Work with data to develop and deliver reports for SAP Concur clients in IBM Cognos, helping them interpret results and establish reporting strategies to manage their costs.

What you'll do:

• Collect requirements from clients regarding their business and reporting needs
• Work with data and develop reports for clients in IBM Cognos
• Help clients interpret the reports
• Make policy proposals to clients based on reporting to manage their costs
• Establish reporting strategies with and for clients
• Conduct online and in-person training for clients on reporting tools

What you bring:

• Good understanding and use of business intelligence solutions; experience working with large data sets
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform under stress, possibly on multiple concurrent tasks
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and a team player
• Fluency in English and one other language: German, French, Spanish or Italian

Education: BA/BSc or equivalent experience in Business Informatics or Economics

Nice to have:

• Working experience in a client-facing role
• SQL proficiency and advanced MS Excel skills
• Experience with SAP Concur solutions
