About the Opportunity

Join Ericsson's Security & Platform Design team, where you'll architect and operate enterprise-scale cloud platforms that enable digital transformation across the organization. This is a hands-on role combining strategic thinking with real delivery - working with a small team of architects who turn ideas into production-ready solutions.

You'll have direct impact on how hundreds of developers build and deploy on Google Cloud, working with global stakeholders on security, automation, and AI foundations.

This role offers genuine ownership, visible influence, and the chance to shape cloud adoption strategy at an enterprise level - ideal preparation for senior platform or architecture leadership.

What You Will Do

• Design and build central platform capabilities on Google Cloud that enable secure, standardized deployments across application teams
• Implement and operate Kubernetes/GKE infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud networking at scale
• Automate manual processes across deployments, provisioning, and operations using Terraform, scripting, and modern DevOps practices
• Support application teams with first-mile onboarding, troubleshooting complex cloud challenges, and accelerating their time-to-production
• Drive platform improvements through automation, standardization, and operational excellence initiatives
• Own end-to-end delivery of platform services: from architecture and implementation through production support

What You Will Bring

Essential Experience:

• Proven working experience in Google Cloud (or in any other cloud provider), Terraform, CI/CD, and Kubernetes/GKE
• Strong background in cloud networking, automation, and modern DevOps practices
• Demonstrated troubleshooting, architecture, and problem-solving skills
• Track record delivering cloud transformations, platform engineering, or large-scale automation programs
