Senior/Lead SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) Consultant

We are looking for a skilled Senior/Lead SAP Convergent Invoicing Consultant to join our team and lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP CI solutions within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process for B2B clients. This role requires deep expertise in SAP CI, integration with SAP BRIM, and a strong understanding of B2B billing, invoicing, and revenue management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead enhancement projects of the SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI), focusing on O2C processes for B2B
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CI solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and client needs
• Configure and customize the SAP CI module, including integration with SAP BRIM, FI-CA, and other relevant components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, IT, and external partners) to ensure seamless integration and data flow
• Provide expertise in B2B billing scenarios, including complex pricing, contract management, and multi-party settlements
• Support data migration, testing, training, and go-live activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP CI and O2C processes
• Stay updated on SAP innovations and industry trends in convergent invoicing and O2C

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Convergent Invoicing, preferably in B2B environments
• Strong knowledge of SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management), FI-CA, and O2C processes
• Experience with SAP CI configuration, integration, and customization
• Understanding of B2B billing models, contract management, and revenue recognition
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• SAP certification in CI/BRIM is a plus
• English proficiency at the B2+ level or higher
