E&P Segment Finance Business Partner

• Supporting Exploration and Production business and providing financial and strategic support by:
• Acting as a key point of contact from E&P Segment Finance organization for a dedicated area
• Participating in MOL Group’s comprehensive monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
• Supporting business planning and forecasting processes
• Understanding business needs and preparing meaningful analysis for senior management
• Cooperating with multiple stakeholders across different departments and countries

Requirements:

• College or university degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Controlling
• 2-5 years working experience in a relevant field
• Fluency in business English, confident and clear verbal and written communication skillset
• Service- and process-oriented mindset, having high standards for getting to know processes in full details
• Proactivity with a problem solving mindset
• Adaptability to work either in team or independently
• Confident use of MS Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint knowledge)
• Experience with SQL and Power Query is an advantage
