The EV (electric vehicle) /Pulse Operations Support Analyst plays a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate processing of EV charging transactions. Acting as the main point of contact for issue resolution, the role investigates complex operational and system-related errors, drives continuous improvement, and works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and reliable customer experience.

In this role You will:

• Investigate and resolve complex EV transaction and system-related issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions
• Monitor operational performance and see opportunities to improve processes and user experience
• Analyze issues, assess business impact, and help priorities corrective actions
• Act as the main point of contact for critical issues, collaborating with partners to drive resolution
• Support testing activities and ensure process changes are implemented successfully
• Maintain accurate process documentation, user guides, and knowledge materials
• Support audits and ensure compliance with operational and financial controls
• Monitor accounting accuracy and support the integrity of financial transactions
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and projects that enhance operational efficiency
• Handle complex cases, perform root cause analysis, and recommend sustainable solutions

What You will need to be successful:

• Educated to university level or equivalent experience
• Experience in finance, accounting, reconciliation, or a similar analytical role
• Strong English communication skills
• Advanced Excel knowledge (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong partner management and relationship-building skills
• Ability to investigate system and process issues and drive solutions
• Well-organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
• A collaborative attitude with a passion for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing

Desirable Criteria:

• Experience in SAP is advantage

ST&S Finance & Risk provides financial stewardship, reporting, control and risk support to Supply, Trading & Shipping. The Controllership team is part of Core Finance & Risk and owns controlled delivery of close and reporting activities for an assigned business or portfolio. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Controllership and provides technical controllership oversight across co-located, business and technology centre, and service-provider teams.
