HR/ Payroll Administration Specialist (with Dutch language)

Key Responsibilities

• Work independently and with our teams for HR / Payroll Administration in a Shared Services environment;
• Complete daily, monthly and yearly tasks to support our costumers;
• Work in a Ticket system and take phone calls connected to different administrative processes. (Eg: contract creation, new hire or leaver processes, personal tax detail changes)
• Support our customers aswell as colleaugues by sharing expertise and resolving recurring issues;
• Maintain accurate reports and data related to HR/ Payroll services;
• Set and maintain delivery and quality standards for assigned services;
• Identify patterns of errors or recurring issues and implement corrective actions; escalate complex cases when needed;
• Gather feedback from customers & employees to improve service delivery;
• Apply knowledge of CLA’s and personnel law;

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills in Dutch and good working knowledge of English;
• Bachelor’s degree or previous experience connected to HR/Payroll and/or Administration
• Openness for learning HR & Payroll policies, personnel law, and HRIS systems;
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships and support team collaboration;
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills;
• A continous improvement and customer-oriented/service driven mindset
