P&O Learning and Development Administrator

Make an impact

• Administer the LMS, ensuring accurate assignments, user data, and system functionality,
• create and maintain learning courses, e-learning content, and learner accounts,
• manage training requirements, qualifications, and learning records,
• coordinate instructor-led and external training programs, including logistics and materials,
• schedule training sessions, manage invitations, registrations, and attendance tracking,
• provide support for learning-related inquiries through the ticketing system,
• maintain training documentation, user guides, SOPs, knowledge articles, and FAQs,
• prepare regular and ad hoc training and compliance reports,
• build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What you need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience working with Learning Management Systems (SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Saba, Workday),
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred,
• understanding of P&O processes and data privacy regulations,
• experience working in a customer-focused service environment,
• enjoy solving problems and investigating data-related issues,
• can work independently and managing high-volume employee and manager inquiries.
