Talent Acquisition Specialist

Your Key Responsibilities

• Advise Hiring Managers across Region Europe (excl. Germany) as their recruitment consultant,
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from the briefing meeting and recruitment strategy to the signed offer,
• Source and pre-screen candidates directly through our internal database, LinkedIn and other platforms,
• Write candidate reports, organize interviews and take part in them,
• Collaborate with local HR and Hiring Managers to prepare offers, obtain the necessary approvals, and share them with candidates,
• Keep candidate records accurate, provide considerate feedback to unsuccessful candidates, and deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting,
• Track labor market trends.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Economics, Psychology, Labor Law or a related field,
• Relevant experience in Recruitment,
• Slovak at native level (C2) and very good English, spoken and written,
• Customer-oriented mindset, intercultural awareness, and strong decision-making abilities
• Conceptual and creative thinking,
• You work well in a team and also deliver on your own.

Nice-to-haves

• French language skills,
• Experience recruiting across several European countries.
