We are looking for a leader who can fill our corporate strategy with life while also inspiring their own team.

In this 1-year fixed-term position, we count on you in these tasks:

• Define and own the vision, objectives, and roadmap for digital value streams, ensuring alignment with company strategy. Your work will drive continuous improvement and help the team stay ahead in digital transformation.
• Represent customer needs and digital trends to guide future capability development, making sure our solutions are relevant and impactful for users and the business.
• Lead ongoing enhancements and innovation across your streams, acting as a thought leader and contributing to strategic planning and the evolution of products and services.
• Guide cross-functional agile squads through squad leads and product owners, developing and mentoring leaders and senior contributors to foster a high-performance, collaborative, and feedback-driven team culture.
• Oversee digital capability delivery, ensuring quality and timely results, supporting backlog prioritization, and enabling agile practices and lean delivery models.
• Monitor KPIs, delivery metrics, and proactively manage dependencies between squads. Own the financial performance of the value stream, including digital revenue, cost efficiency, and return on investment.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, collaborating with business units, marketing, IT, and other tribe leads.
• Monitor and improve digital KPIs such as sales, engagement rates, self-care usage, or app activity, identify performance optimizations, and work with analytics, Customer Experience team.

We welcome you to our team if you have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Technologies, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in digital product management, performance marketing, or commercial leadership roles.
• Minimum 2 years of people management experience leading cross-functional teams or squads in an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of digital product lifecycle, customer journey optimization, and e-commerce or self-care platforms.
• Solid commercial acumen with proven P&L ownership or revenue-driving responsibility.
• Experience working at the intersection of business and IT, collaborating with architects, product owners, and marketers.
• Proven experience in project and stakeholder management at the company or strategic initiative level, with excellent communication and influencing skills to engage senior stakeholders and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with agile product development methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban), digital performance channels (web, app, CRM, media buying), and comfort working with KPIs, digital analytics tools, and iterative testing frameworks (A/B testing, CRO).
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, digital customer experience best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Fluent English (C1 or higher), both written and spoken, and proficiency in MS Office; experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or Google Analytics is a plus.
