SmartRecruiters Business Processes Senior Consultant

Act as a strategic advisor to customers, aligning their talent acquisition vision with SmartRecruiters' solutions and leading end-to-end implementations from discovery through adoption.

What you'll do:

• Act as a strategic advisor to customers, aligning their talent acquisition vision with SmartRecruiters' solutions
• Lead end-to-end implementations from discovery through adoption
• Design industry-specific business processes and optimize talent acquisition workflows
• Manage complex client engagements including scope, risks and timelines
• Drive adoption strategies aligned with business outcomes and KPIs
• Mentor partner consultants and internal teams
• Support pre-sales efforts including feasibility assessments and executive workshops

What you bring:

• 5+ years delivering or leading SmartRecruiters or comparable enterprise SaaS implementations
• Proven ability to lead complex engagements with executive stakeholders
• Strong background in business process design and transformation
• Technical fluency with enterprise systems
• Change management and strategy consulting experience
• Clear communication skills for senior business and technical audiences
• Data-driven problem-solving mindset and understanding of talent acquisition / HR technology trends
