Staff Full Stack Engineer (.NET)

Your Day to Day

As a Staff Full Stack Engineer (.NET), you will lead end-to-end full-stack delivery with deep backend ownership for secure, cloud-based remote management capabilities. You also will:

• Build and operate C#/.NET APIs, services, workers, and runners for secure, reliable remote job execution at scale.
• Lead features from architecture through production across Azure, data stores, observability, CI/CD, and TypeScript web applications.
• Use GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and parallel coding agents for planning, delivery, testing, review, and documentation; create approved skills, Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, and GitHub Actions automations; validate results with tests, traces, and human review.
• Set technical direction, resolve production issues, review critical changes, mentor engineers, share knowledge, and drive cross-team outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

Your background will include:

• Staff- or Lead-level delivery of complex production systems, with deep hands-on expertise in C# and modern.NET.
• Distributed cloud systems: APIs, asynchronous jobs, queues and workers, persistence, retries and idempotency, Azure or equivalent, Docker, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD.
• Proven AI-native delivery: agent delegation, context and tool configuration, skills and plugins, MCP, automation, evaluation, guardrails, and model, reasoning effort, and cost tradeoffs.
• Production ownership: security, authorization, multi-tenancy, observability, incident response, and approved handling of code, secrets, internal information, and customer data.
• TypeScript full-stack confidence, sound architecture judgment, clear English, mentoring, and cross-team influence.
