Join our Exploration and Production (E&P) Digital Transformation team where you'll help bridge business needs and digital solutions. Working closely with business stakeholders and IT experts, you'll contribute to digital initiatives, project delivery, and process improvement activities across the business.
From understanding business challenges to supporting project execution and solution adoption, your work will help create tangible business value and support MOL E&P's digital journey.
Your impact will be:
- Understand business needs: Work with business stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document business requirements, helping transform operational challenges into improvement opportunities and digital initiatives.
- Support project delivery: Contribute to digital projects through planning, coordination, monitoring, and stakeholder alignment activities, helping ensure successful implementation and measurable business value.
- Spot opportunities for improvement: Collaborate with business teams to understand existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and support initiatives that simplify and improve day-to-day operations.
- Be the problem-solver: Contribute to business analysis and process improvement activities while helping teams improve efficiency, transparency, and performance.
- Drive digital adoption: Coordinate communication, training, and adoption activities, helping business users successfully integrate digital solutions into their daily work and business processes.
- Collaborate to create value: Actively participate in team discussions, share ideas, contribute to joint problem solving, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities while supporting a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
Educational Background
- You have a university degree in: Business Informatics, Information Technology, Software Engineering or similar field.
Professional Experience
- 1-2 years of experience or recent graduate.
- Experience in business analysis, process improvement, project coordination, digital transformation, or IT/business projects is an advantage.
- Relevant internship experience, university projects, or participation in student initiatives are also valued.
