A Snapshot of Your Day Join us as a Finance Business Partner for Omnivise Products & Solutions (OPR & OSO), where you will be a trusted advisor to leaders across Product Management, Solution Management, Software Development, and related business functions. Imagine supporting strategic investment decisions for innovative digital products, reviewing business cases, and identifying opportunities to maximize value from innovation spending.

You will drive forecast and budget activities, partner with technical teams on financial transparency, and help management navigate complex business decisions. Collaborating with colleagues across Europe, North America, and beyond, your work will ensure that innovation investments create sustainable business value. As part of a dynamic finance community, you will contribute to continuous improvement, digitalization, and simplification initiatives while deepening your understanding of Siemens Energy’s Controls and Digitalization business.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Act as a trusted finance partner to Product Management, Solution Management, and Development organizations, supporting management in financial and strategic decision-making.
• Lead financial product cost controlling and planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling to support business performance and strategic decision-making.
• Control budgets and spending, prepare forecasts, support budgeting, reporting, and performance management activities while providing financial insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Provide commercial guidance across the lifecycle of products and solutions, from early-stage innovation through development, maintenance, and portfolio management.
• Collaborate closely with technical, operational, and commercial stakeholders across international organizations to align financial and business objectives.
• Drive simplification, automation, and continuous improvement of finance processes, reporting tools, and controlling practices while ensuring compliance with financial guidelines.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Approximately 5 years of professional experience in Finance, Controlling, Business Partnering, Commercial Project Management, or a comparable role.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance controlling.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to transform financial data into actionable business insights.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and cultures.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

We partner with leaders driving Siemens Energy’s controls, digitalization, software, and innovation activities.
