Junior Marketing Automation Specialist

About this role

We are seeking a Junior Marketing Automation Specialist in Hungary to support the design, execution and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms. You will work alongside experienced Marketing Automation Specialists, developing hands-on expertise in campaign execution, data segmentation, reporting and analysis while helping improve campaign effectiveness and contact-data quality.

What you’ll do

• Work closely with experienced Marketing Automation Specialists and complete campaign-related activities according to agreed schedules and requirements.
• Create and execute digital marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools, including landing pages, emails and forms, following established guidelines.
• Create and run regular activity reports using predefined templates.
• Where required, create data segmentation filters, groups and distribution lists for campaigns and nurturing programmes.
• Support post-campaign reporting and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.

Who you are

• You have a BA degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• You have 1–2 years of relevant digital marketing experience; experience in a junior
• Marketing Automation or Email Marketing role is an advantage.
• You have basic knowledge or internship experience in delivering digital marketing campaigns using platforms such as Oracle Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot or Adobe Marketo, or relevant experience in digital or social media brand communication.
• You have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You can communicate effectively in English and work collaboratively with colleagues.
• You can organise priorities and manage deadlines effectively.
• You have basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
