Digital Delivery Manager

About this Role

We are seeking a Digital Delivery Lead to oversee a prioritised digital backlog and maximise the business value delivered through customer-facing products and features.

Based in Hungary, you will join the VOIS Production Centre of Excellence and support Vodafone UK’s Consumer Segment Tribe. Working closely with development teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, feature specialists and business stakeholders, you will help deliver effective digital sales and self-service support experiences through an Agile approach.

You will ensure that requirements are clearly defined, priorities reflect agreed business outcomes, acceptance criteria are met, risks and dependencies are managed, and commercial deadlines are achieved.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to validate, refine and communicate digital requirements.
• Work with Product Owners and key stakeholders to understand changing priorities and translate them into clear delivery plans.
• Manage and prioritise the digital backlog, ensuring that teams focus on the highest-value activities while maintaining an achievable workload.
• Maintain a holistic view of delivery activity across teams, identifying potential conflicts, risks and dependencies at an early stage.
• Act as the key connection between business stakeholders and digital delivery teams, managing requirements and risks while providing clear updates on delivery progress.
• Help shape medium-term digital service delivery plans and translate them into practical priorities and deliverables.
• Support high-quality digital execution by constructively reviewing briefs, processes and outputs.
• Contribute to improved customer experiences, digital adoption, interaction completion and return on digital investment.

Who you are

• You have experience working within a digital production or delivery team.
• You have practical experience of Agile development environments and ways of working.
• You can build effective stakeholder relationships and influence decisions across different teams and organisational levels.
• You bring strong project management, prioritisation and organisational skills.
• You understand digital marketing sufficiently to review briefs, processes and outputs and identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency.
• You can evaluate delivery risks, dependencies and competing priorities using sound judgement and structured problem-solving.
• You can gain support for delivery plans and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A degree or equivalent practical experience would be beneficial.
• Experience in telecommunications would be advantageous.
• An Agile Product Owner or Scrum Master qualification would be advantageous.
