Project Manager

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Facilitating and coordinating the transition between agile and waterfall methodologies, ensuring that you identify the most suitable hybrid approach when necessary
• Planning and managing the project scope, timeline, and budget, keeping delivery structured and predictable
• Helping the team stay aligned with agile principles so daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum events run smoothly
• Identifying and removing workflow obstacles, while also supporting the resolution of any resource-related or operational challenges
• Keeping development cycles short, focused, and productive, enabling fast feedback loops and continuous iteration based on sprint goals and priorities
• Coordinating the work of multiple teams: resource allocation, task distribution, and capacity planning — especially within development teams
• Maintaining clear and proactive communication with stakeholders about project status, sprint progress, and emerging issues
• Organizing and facilitating training sessions and workshops to improve agile practices within the teams and the wider organization
• Tracking and presenting agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and sprint reviews to key business stakeholders

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Experience as an IT Project Manager
• A strong sense of ownership, enabling you to take responsibility for the team
• A highly proactive mindset that helps you act before issues escalate
• Fluent English and Hungarian language knowledge is a must
