Engagement Lead (IT Services & Digital Delivery)

Are you a strategic leader who bridges the gap between commercial growth and flawless delivery? We are looking for an Engagement Lead to own the client relationship from initial pitch through successful delivery and long-term value realization.

In this role, you will act as the single orchestration point between Sales, Delivery, Solutions, and Client stakeholders. You won’t just manage accounts - you will shape engagement models, establish robust delivery governance, and drive business outcomes that foster trusted, long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary engagement owner from opportunity qualification through delivery execution and stabilization
• Build trusted relationships with client sponsors, business owners, and IT leadership while managing communications and escalations
• Drive value realization to ensure project outcomes align directly with client business objectives
• Partner with Sales and Solution Architects to shape engagement models, validate scope, and assess risks during pre-sales
• Lead smooth deal-to-delivery transitions, ensuring SOWs, commercials, and delivery plans are aligned and executable
• Align Delivery Managers and Tech Leads on objectives, milestones, and quality standards
• Establish delivery governance (steering cadences, health KPIs, and escalation paths) while proactively managing risks and scope evolution

Requirements

• Background: 8+ years in IT services, consulting, or digital delivery, including experience managing complex, multi-stream projects and interacting with senior client stakeholders (Director to CxO level)
• Core Experience: Client engagement leadership, delivery/program management, pre-sales/solution shaping, or account/portfolio management
• AI Delivery Familiarity: Understanding of enterprise AI, generative AI, or machine learning delivery lifecycles, and how to successfully orchestrate AI-driven solutions alongside traditional software, data, and cloud initiatives
• Domain Expertise: Strong grasp of commercial models (T&M, fixed-price, managed services), SOWs, and enterprise IT delivery (software, data, cloud, platforms)
• Key Competencies: Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, commercial acumen (scope and margin management), and systems thinking to connect sales, delivery, and operations
