HR Generalist

Főbb feladatok

• Provide professional HR support to the Functional departments (Finance, SSC, IT, Purchasing, R&D, Quality, MP&L, Engineering)
• Manage the recruiting and hiring process of the white collar positions
• Keep contact with foreign executives
• Coordinate the company’s Performance and Talent Management program aligned with the corporate guideline
• Coordinate the company’s LMS (Learning Management Systems) online training system
• Coordinate student office work and the professional internships
• Support audits
• Internal Communication

Szakmai elvárások

• College/University degree, preferably in HR or economic field
• 3-5 years of professional experience in HR department
• Knowledge of the Hungarian Labor Code
• English language – communication level (active language use)
• MS –Office, SAP knowledge (advantage)
