Our Market Insight team plays a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. Through our analyses, we support the Sales, Marketing, Key Account, Portfolio, and Commercial teams, meaning your work will have a direct impact on our business performance and growth.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

• Monitor developments in the FMCG and non-alcoholic beverage markets, as well as consumer trends, and identify business opportunities and risks.
• Analyze information from both internal and external data sources and translate findings into actionable business insights.
• Prepare regular reports, analyses, and presentations for various business functions.
• Support the Portfolio, Channel, Sales, and Marketing teams by answering ad hoc business questions and providing data-driven recommendations.
• Contribute insights that help shape commercial and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with external market research partners and coordinate related administrative activities.
• Participate in projects that directly support business growth and strategic decision-making.

YOU COULD BE OUR SECRET INGREDIENT IF YOU

• Hold a university degree or are currently pursuing higher education studies.
• Have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an FMCG environment.
• Communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken.
• Possess advanced Excel skills and feel comfortable working with large datasets.
• Enjoy uncovering patterns and relationships behind the numbers and turning data into meaningful business recommendations.
• Are naturally curious, proactive, and motivated to ask questions and seek answers.
• Work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Can successfully manage multiple priorities and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.

IT'S A PLUS IF YOU HAVE

• Experience working in an FMCG environment.
• Experience in market research, consumer insights, business analytics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of NielsenIQ, YouGov, or other market research databases.
• Experience with reporting, dashboard creation, or data visualization tools.
