Promotional Analytics & Business Insights

• Analyze promotional performance across channels, customers, brands, and categories.
• Evaluate ROI, profitability, volume, revenue, and market share performance.
• Assess consumer, market, and competitor trends.
• Identify business opportunities and risks based on data.
• Develop recommendations to improve promotional effectiveness.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reports.
• Monitor business objectives and promotional results.
• Prepare regular performance evaluations and analyses.
• Ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.

Scenario Analysis & Optimization

• Model and evaluate different promotional scenarios.
• Support the optimization of trade marketing investments.
• Analyze financial and commercial impacts.
• Provide recommendations for the most effective promotional solutions.

Business & Financial Planning Support

• Support budgeting and business planning processes.
• Conduct profitability and ROI analyses.
• Provide analytical support for customer and business development plans.

Data Quality & Process Improvement

• Ensure the accuracy and quality of promotional data.
• Continuously improve analytical and reporting processes.
• Strengthen Revenue Growth Management and promotional planning capabilities.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF YOU

• Hold a university degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Have 2-4 years of experience in Business Analytics, Commercial Finance, Revenue Growth Management, Sales Analytics, Promotion Analytics, or a similar analytical role.
• Are confident working with large datasets and conducting complex analyses.
• Have advanced Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is considered an advantage.
• Possess a strong business and financial mindset.
• Communicate confidently in English.
• Enjoy collaborating with different business functions and translating data into actionable business recommendations.

ADVANTAGEOUS TO HAVE

• Knowledge of Nielsen, Circana/IRI, SAP, TPM, or XTEL systems.
• Experience in a commercial, trade marketing, or FMCG environment.
