We are looking for a leader to join our team in Dunaharaszti who is confident in managing logistics processes while also valuing teamwork, collaboration, and people development.

As a Raw Material Warehouse Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring that our production lines are always supplied with the right raw materials at the right time. At the same time, you will coordinate and support the daily work of a warehouse team of approximately 21 employees. WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

• Managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the raw material warehouse.
• Ensuring continuous raw material supply to support production activities.
• Leading, developing, and motivating a warehouse team of approximately 21 employees.
• Planning warehouse resources and capacity effectively.
• Monitoring and optimizing inventory levels.
• Driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency within warehouse processes.
• Collaborating closely with Production, Planning, Procurement, and Intralogistics teams.
• Tracking KPIs and supporting the achievement of business objectives.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and company standards and procedures.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Working Hours: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM
• Work Model: Hybrid (2 days home office, 3 days on-site)
• Location: Dunaharaszti, Hungary

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE

• Several years of experience in warehouse logistics or warehousing operations.
• At least 4-5 years of experience leading operational teams in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments and stakeholders.
• A data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
• The ability to make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

IT IS AN ADVANTAGE IF YOU HAVE

• Experience in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of SAP, WMS, or other ERP systems.
• Experience with Lean, Continuous Improvement, or process optimization initiatives.
