Dealer Service Quality Specialist (Mystery Shopping)

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with third-party mystery shopping research agencies; develop and issue monthly and quarterly visit plans; and track completion progress.
• Review questionnaires and supporting evidence package; identify invalid or anomalous samples; organize re-reviews.
• Consolidate, clean, and validate data; produce monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports; provide feedback to regional management teams; and provide decision-ready insights to management.
• Conduct covert visits to stores as an anonymous customer according to plan; and produce independent, objective, and well-evidenced visit reports.
• Participate in updating brand sales and service standards, questionnaires, and training materials.

Requirements:

• Over 2 years of experience in Customer Experience, Automotive Sales, Retail Operations, or Mystery Shopping.
• Excellent skills in data analysis, communication, coordination, and project management.
• Proficient in spoken and written English; additional language skills (e.g., Polish, Slovak, Romanian, Serbian, or Bulgarian) would be an advantage.
• Willing to undertake regular monthly business travel across Europe.
• Eligible to work in the HU
• Full Clear EU driving licence

As a Dealer Service Quality Specialist, you will represent BYD in managing the European mystery shopping program independently, objectively, and in a compliant manner. You will oversee the end-to-end operations of third-party mystery shopper visits, including planning, execution monitoring, data review, and report delivery. You will also periodically go into the field as a mystery shopper to verify on the ground how stores implement brand service standards, driving retail customer experience to consistently meet standards and continuously improve.
