Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect with Copilot

EPAM’s Microsoft Business Applications practice is growing, and we’re seeking skilled professionals in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot technologies. You’ll collaborate with distributed global teams to build mission-critical solutions for enterprise clients, while supporting companies as they drive forward AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform engagements
• Lead discovery workshops, architecture assessments, and solution envisioning sessions
• Define application, integration, security, data, and AI architecture
• Drive architecture governance and technical standards
• Design Copilot, agent-based, and AI-enabled solutions using Copilot Studio
• Support estimations, proposals, and pre-sales activities
• Mentor engineering and consulting teams
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders and business sponsors

Requirements

• 7+ years of Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform experience
• Experience in Solution Architecture for enterprise initiatives
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Strong understanding of Azure integration and security concepts
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns and governance
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Advanced English
• Understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Ability to identify AI-enabled business opportunities
• Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts
• Understanding of Responsible AI principles
• Experience with AI-powered productivity or development tools
• Experience designing, configuring, or developing AI agents is a plus
