Role Overview
Shape a more secure, seamless way for people and technology to access what they need. As an IAM Program Lead, you’ll own the Identity and Access Management roadmap from strategy through adoption—bringing security, technology, compliance, HR, application owners, and business teams together around measurable outcomes.
You’ll turn complex priorities into clear delivery plans, manage dependencies and trade-offs, and keep high-impact initiatives moving on time and within approved scope and budget. Your work will help reduce identity risk, strengthen controls, improve audit readiness, and create a better user experience.
Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff)
These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview
It would be great if you had these too, but we’ll support you if you don’t
