Project & ServiceNow Workflow Specialist

My responsibilities

• Review, create, configure and improve workflows in already established ServiceNow setups
• Translate business requirements and process gaps into practical workflow solutions
• Support workflow standardisation and optimisation during service transitions
• Maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies and status updates
• Create and maintain RAID logs, action trackers and project documentation
• Organise and facilitate project meetings, prepare meeting minutes and follow-up actions
• Coordinate stakeholders and follow up on agreed deliverables
• Support project reporting and management presentations

The knowledge I own

• Hands-on experience creating, configuring or improving ServiceNow workflows
• Ability to translate operational requirements into effective workflow designs
• Experience in transition, project coordination, business services or IT
• Familiarity with project plans, RAID logs, action tracking and meeting facilitation
• Strong organisational, analytical and stakeholder-management skills
• Fluent in English, proficiency in German is an advantage
