L&D Services Lead - Facilitation (fixed-term)

About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Leadership Development Facilitator to lead the end-to-end delivery of virtual and instructor-led learning programmes focused on leadership and management development across Vodafone markets. This role requires a highly skilled facilitator with extensive experience in delivering training programmes to diverse audiences, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to create engaging learning experiences across a multicultural environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering leadership development initiatives, supporting Train the Trainer activities, and partnering with stakeholders across Europe. Frequent travel within Europe will be required. The role demands fluency in both German and English at C1 level and a proven track record in facilitating professional training programmes.

What you’ll do

• Deliver bespoke leadership and management development programmes across multiple Vodafone markets
• Facilitate virtual and face-to-face learning sessions, ensuring a high-quality learner experience
• Deliver Train the Trainer programmes and support capability building initiatives
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand learning requirements and adapt content to audience needs
• Provide learners with additional development resources, toolkits, and learning support materials
• Build strong relationships with internal customers and stakeholders across Vodafone markets
• Support the delivery of leadership and management development products and services
• Drive learner engagement and contribute to creating community-based and application-focused learning experiences
• Travel across Europe to facilitate learning programmes and engage with stakeholders in person

Who you are

• 7-8 years of professional experience within Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating leadership, management, or professional development training programmes.
• Proven expertise in delivering virtual classroom and instructor-led training sessions.
• Fluent German and English language skills at C1 level, both written and spoken.
• Deep understanding of leadership theories, leadership development frameworks, and adult learning principles
• Strong knowledge of Learning & Development practices and services
• Understanding of learning effectiveness measurement approaches
• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM
• Experience working across cultures, functions, and organisational levels within a global environment
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills
• Familiarity with LMS, LXP, and digital learning solutions
• Professional certification in Learning & Development or professional education in Human Resources is preferred
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly within Europe
