Learning & Development Project Manager (German speaking)

About this Role

As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to identify capability needs, design impactful learning solutions, and support employees throughout their development journey. You will manage learning programs, collaborate with external providers, and help build future-ready skills across the organization. This role is particularly suited to someone with exposure to Technology, Engineering, or IT environments, who understands emerging technology trends and can translate business and technical needs into effective learning experiences.

What you’ll do

• Identify capability gaps and learning needs through stakeholder consultation and business partnership
• Design, implement, and continuously improve training and development programs
• Develop and manage learning portfolios, curricula, and development pathways
• Partner with external training providers and oversee learning delivery quality
• Support employees and managers with learning recommendations, coaching, and development guidance
• Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to deliver strategic learning initiatives
• Track learning effectiveness, manage resources, and support budget optimization
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on selected topics when required.

Who you are

• An experienced Learning & Development professional with 5–8 years' experience in relevant L&D roles, ideally within a technology or tech-enabled business environment
• A strong consultant who can translate business needs into practical learning and capability solutions
• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, projects, and priorities in a complex international environment
• A confident communicator who can effectively engage employees, managers, and senior leaders
• Fluent in German and English, with experience collaborating across global teams
• Ideally, you bring experience from an engineering, technology, or technical business environment and have a good understanding of current technology trends, digital capabilities, and the challenges of developing talent in technical organizations
