Senior HR Business Partner

About this Role

We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Global HR Business Partner to join the VOIS HR leadership team, partnering closely with the Business VOIS Director and senior leadership team. This role will shape and deliver an integrated people and workforce strategy that enables sustainable business growth, operational excellence, and a high-performance culture across a diverse workforce of more than 1,800 employees spanning multiple geographies including India, Egypt, and Western and Eastern Europe.

The role acts as a trusted advisor and partner to business leaders, ensuring people strategies directly support business priorities such as revenue growth, customer excellence, organisational transformation, leadership capability, workforce optimisation, employee engagement, and future-ready skills. The individual will also lead a team of HR Business Partners and help create an exceptional employee experience across all locations.

What you’ll do

Strategic HR Partnership

• Partner with the Business VOIS Director and senior leaders to develop people and workforce strategies aligned with business growth, customer outcomes, and operational excellence.
• Translate business strategy into measurable people plans covering workforce, capability, leadership, and culture.
• Provide insight-led advice on workforce trends, productivity, organisational effectiveness, costs, and business risks.
• Ensure consistency of people strategies across markets while balancing local requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop HR Business Partners within the team.

Workforce Strategy & Organisational Effectiveness

• Lead workforce planning activities across a multi-site and multi-market organisation supporting business growth and operational delivery.
• Drive organisation design initiatives that enable agility, scalability, and performance across business operations, sales, commercial, enterprise services, digital sales, marketing, product, and service functions.
• Support business transformation and service transition programmes, ensuring effective risk management and operational continuity.

Talent Management & Leadership Pipeline

• Own and deliver the global talent strategy for Business VOIS.
• Lead succession planning for critical roles and leadership pipeline development across markets.
• Identify and accelerate high-potential talent through targeted development initiatives.
• Build capability development programmes aligned with future business requirements, including digital and AI-enabled ways of working, commercial capability, and frontline empowerment.
• Strengthen talent mobility and career opportunities across locations.

Performance, Culture & Engagement

• Foster a high-performance culture through clear objectives, accountability, and effective performance management practices.
• Partner with leaders to strengthen employee engagement, wellbeing, culture, and inclusion across a global workforce.
• Ensure reward and performance outcomes align with business objectives and customer outcomes.

Risk, Governance & Advisory

• Provide strategic oversight and advice on complex employee relations matters and organisational risks.
• Ensure compliance with global policies, governance standards, and local regulatory requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor on sensitive workforce matters impacting business continuity and organisational reputation.

Who you are

• Significant HR leadership experience within multinational and matrix organisations.
• Strong understanding of business models, commercial drivers, workforce economics, and organisational performance.
• Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders in complex global environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in organisational design, workforce strategy, and transformation leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex information into meaningful business insights.
• Experience leading cross-market or global HR initiatives.
• Exposure to digital HR practices, people analytics, and emerging technologies including AI.
• Proficiency across core HR disciplines.
• Previous experience in HR management roles.
• Understanding of business functions, labour markets, workforce capabilities, and remuneration principles.
• Strong consulting, coaching, facilitation, and strategic solution development skills.
• Multinational business exposure.
• Understanding of HR processes, policies, and labour law considerations across multiple centres and geographies.
