Global Mobility Service Delivery Partner

About the role

Responsible for the efficient operation of the global mobility programme through efficient processes and technology solutions. Lead process governance and optimisation of global mobility service delivery, ensuring operational effectiveness, vendor performance and employee experience. Individual case administration, document processing and repeatable transactional support are delivered through GBO and mobility vendors wherever possible.

• Manage mobility service governance, service catalogues, standards and performance frameworks.
• Monitor vendor, GBS and service provider performance against agreed SLAs, KPIs and quality standards across all core processes. Ensure service delivery risks, escalations, compliance issues and process gaps are identified and resolved effectively.
• Identify opportunities to improve mobility processes, automation and operational efficiency through operational transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with GBS to ensure robust processes are in place to forecast costs and ensure required tax reporting processes operate effectively.
• Partner with GBS Payroll and third party vendor to ensure accuracy of payroll operations through robust processes and solutions.
• Responsible for data governance and developing data analytics, with enhanced reporting capability to support business talent and strategic decision making

What you will bring

• Fluent English language knowledge
• Mobility operations or HR service delivery experience
• Experience managing vendors/shared services
• Strong process improvement, governance and service performance capability
• Ability to translate operational data into improvements.
• ATT qualification desirable but not essential.
