Global Mobility Business Partner

About the role

Provide strategic mobility advisory support to business leaders, ensuring mobility solutions support talent deployment, workforce planning and business objectives while aligning to policy, compliance and cost principles.

• End to end responsibility for mobility within Region or Function and case management
• Advise business leaders and HR teams on mobility strategies, assignment approaches and talent deployment options to support workforce planning and capability deployment.
• Assess mobility requirements and recommend appropriate solutions balancing business need, cost, compliance and employee experience.
• Partner with Reward, HR and mobility operations to optimise assignment outcomes and resolve complex issues and apply judgement.
• Ensure mobility decisions align with policy, governance, risk and business objectives.
• Develop regional technical expertise and relationships with vendors to maximise employee experience and mitigate risk
