Associate Software Application Engineer – Dynamics 365 Support

What success looks like in this role:

Join our Dynamics 365 Support team and help ensure the smooth operation of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure-hosted applications. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience who is looking to build technical expertise in enterprise application support while working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for Dynamics 365 Commerce, CRM, and Case Management applications.
• Investigate and resolve incidents using established SOPs and knowledge articles.
• Manage and update tickets in ServiceNow or a similar ITSM tool.
• Collect logs, screenshots, and diagnostic information for troubleshooting and escalations.
• Support application validation across Production, Test, and Acceptance environments.
• Contribute to knowledge management by identifying documentation improvements.
• Maintain clear communication through tickets, handovers, and status updates.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• 1–2 years of experience with Dynamics 365 (Commerce, CRM, or Case Management).
• Exposure to Power Apps and basic understanding of Power BI.
• Experience with incident management and ServiceNow or a similar ITSM platform.
• Familiarity with Azure environments and support processes.
• Experience using Confluence, Jira, or other knowledge management tools.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• ITIL v4 or v5 certification required.
