Software Application Engineer – Dynamics 365 Support

What success looks like in this role:

We are looking for a Software Application Engineer to support and enhance Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure-hosted applications. In this role, you will independently troubleshoot issues, manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to continuous service improvement while working closely with technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Dynamics 365 Commerce, CRM, and Case Management applications.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application and integration issues.
• Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow.
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate issue resolution across teams.
• Support Power Apps, Power BI, and Azure-hosted environments.
• Document solutions, create SOPs, and maintain knowledge articles in Confluence.
• Use Jira to track issues, tasks, and enhancement activities.
• Mentor junior team members and help improve support processes and documentation.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• 2–4 years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power BI, and business process troubleshooting.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills, including integrations and data flows.
• Experience working with ServiceNow and incident management processes.
• Familiarity with Azure environments, Confluence, and Jira.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive issues to resolution.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• ITIL Foundation (v4 or v5) certification required.
